Hello-I have a Samsung 2165W. I put toner in it but it still has the 10% left warning. How can I get it to register the full amount to continue use? There is a firmware download for replacement chips specifically for the 2165W but didn't know if I could reprogram the old chip with that firmware?Thought it might just make it non-functional. Please let me know.Ty. BTW...here is the URL for the firmware update.
