This monochrome MFP is best suitable for heavy-duty printing requirements that demand capabilities of printing, scanning, copying and sending fax. It's also amazing that it can scan to a network folder, USB drive, e-mail, even through FTP server, and can print from a USB key. Just like the other MFP printers from HP, M525f also comes with an optional 500-sheet tray that can max out the paper capacity of up to 1,600-sheets.
