One of the Hewlett Packard's latest multifunction printer focusing on enterprise businesses is the HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 M525f MFP. A work horse printing equipment highlighting impressive features, these include a large 8.0" (20.3 cm) SVGA LCD (color graphics) touchscreen display, plus a built-in hard drive. If your business or office is in need of a monochrome multifunction printer with massive features, then HP LaserJet M525f is a worth to try.

This monochrome MFP is best suitable for heavy-duty printing  requirements that demand capabilities of printing, scanning, copying and sending fax. It's also amazing that it can scan to a network folder, USB drive, e-mail, even through FTP server, and can print from a USB key. If you're quite demanding when it comes to security, well then, M525f offers password-protected printing for that tough security. Sharing a desk with this dimensions 20.3 x 21.6 x 22.7 in (WDH) is quite impossible, while it weighs 65.8 lbs.

Additional feature includes, 50-sheet reversing ADF (automatic document feeder) that can scan, fax and copy any two-sided documents automatically. A split input tray paper capacity with a 500-sheet paper capacity that serves as the main tray, and a 100-sheet multipurpose tray. Just like the other MFP printers from HP, M525f also comes with an optional 500-sheet tray that can max out the paper capacity of up to 1,600-sheets. You will surely be amaze of its built-in stapler located at the side of the printer from which you need to manually insert the paper, it works even to a maximum of 25 sheets

For the printer's connectivity features, you can connect it through various ways via Ethernet (Gigabit Ethernet particularly), Wi-Fi adapter that comes optional, or through USB. For the applications that it supports, it will definitely work with HP ePrint that's given, and also Apple's AirPrint.

It has a rated speed of up to 42 pages per minute for standard text-only printing. The M525f runs at a cost of 1.8 cents per page, quite reasonable for the price of its laser toner cartridges, and the price of the printer itself.
