Just recently Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ) has released three new MFP-Multifunction Printers inline with the LaserJet series. Included in the latest range are : HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521, LaserJet Pro MFP Color M570 and lastly the LaserJet Enterprise M725. All these new models are mainly dedicated for Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) and even Enterprises where the M725 would surely works great.
The two LaserJet Pro MFP are both good for small-medium level of printing, offering basic features such as printing, scanning, copying and fax functionality. While the HP LaserJet Enterprise targets larger business with its large-capacity and supported imaging features.
Basically, the MFP M521 and MFP Color M570 features a dual-head scanner which works effectively and delivers faster results when using duplex (double-sided) capability. Experience printing in every way you can imagine with HP's ePrint app that allows mobile printing from mobile devices and even on the web. Also, both model support wireless direct printing suitable for mobile business printing needs. Additionally, the MFP M521 supports the scan-to-cloud advance feature that allows the user to directly capture and route key documents from the printer. For medium-capacity, the MFP Color M570 can accommodate an extent of limit with an input paper capacity that can handle up to 1100 sheets.
For extensive features and capabilites, the LaserJet Enterprise M725 offers more than just security and mobility. It has a definitely large-volume printing capacity, hence it can be used with high-capacity laser toner cartridges, with a number of imaging features, all for an incredibly economical price. Security-wise, included in its enhanced safety and security highlighted features is the support for an encrypted hard disk, supplemented with hardware integration pocket (use for third party security implementation), plus PIN printing.
