HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 MFP M725z Monochrome Printer

Included in HP's newest line of MFP M725 series, the HP LaserJet Enterprise 700 MFP M725z Monochrome printer. It was recently introduced in the market last May, with a decent set of features and specifications for mid-size businesses. Offering a monthly duty cycle of up to 200,00 pages, with five drawers for standard paper sheets. Plus it supports a variety of media sizes such as A3 (11.7 in x 16.5 in), A4, A5, B4 and B5, while for media types it also works for envelope, label, vellum and cardstock.

Input trays include a 100-sheet multipurpose tray, two 250-sheet additional tray and three 500-sheet document feeders with stand, making it a total of 2100 sheets. Output trays also offer great capacity with a total of 750-sheet divided into two bins, one having a 250-sheet capacity and the other can hold up to 500 sheets.

The MFP M725z offers connectivity interfaces such as, 2 high-speed USB host and a single port, a Gigabit LAN Ethernet network for wired set up, while wireless interfaces are optional which include HP JetDirect (Wireless Print Server J8021A and J8026A). Additional noted feature is the printer's display about 8-inch wide, a full color touchscreen LCD that can be adjusted or rotated at any angle, with clearly illuminated quick Home button.

HP rated its print engine at 40ppm (pages-per-minute) speed. Replacement consumables can yield up to 10,000 pages for its standard black toner, and 17,500 pages for high-capacity laser toner cartridges (HP 14X black LJ).

For large-volume printing , the MFP M725z is primarily well enough to work for such print task and workloads. Considering its sufficient range of supported paper sizes and types, office-centric manageability features, plus a hyper speed, these definitely makes it a well-round multifunction enterprise printer. Additionally, it supports a few energy saving earmarks like HP Auto ON/OFF technology and HP EcoSmart Fleet.
