Error Message 'Poor Copy Quality'
If you experience this error message when scanning or faxing, check if the glass/scan mirror is clean, if it's clean then the problem must come from the camera. If it's the lens of the camera, replacing it might solve the problem, or you can unplug your printer and let it rest for a couple of days.
