Print At Up To Tabloid Size With Xerox Phaser 7100/N
Today's featured printer is a low-cost color laser printer from Xerox, the Phaser 7100/N that offers tabloid-sized printing capability. It supports an average printing functionality and capacity just enough for a business with medium-to-large sized print volume needs. This printer weighs roughly 97lbs and measures about (HWD) 16 x 21 x 19.7inches, so more likely moving it from one place to another is a total workout. Its chassis has a combination of white and blue with a slightly dark curve in the front panel.

Xerox 7100/N has a standard paper handling capacity comprising a single 250-sheet main input tray, plus 150-sheet supplementary tray. If you want to max it out, there are three optional 550-sheet trays which also support tabloid-sized papers same with the two standard input tray. The printer's front panel has a limited functional buttons with directional keys, and that's quite an advantage especially for non-technically knowledgeable users.

Connectivity interfaces include a high-speed USB and an Ethernet for wired connection, but there's an optional wireless adapter for WiFi support. It doesn't feature an automatic document feeder, whereas the Xerox 7100/DN has it, maybe since this one is more budget-friendly the lack of duplexing feature isn't a big deal.

Xerox rated the Phaser 7100/N at a print speed of up to 30ppm (pages-per-minute) mono printing. Printout quality is good enough for printing business and professional-quality documents, and is even suitable for desktop publishing applications.

Overall, as a color laser printer the Xerox Phaser 7100/N offers above-average set of functionality and output quality, plus its capability to print tabloid size documents. If you're looking for a bargain-priced printer that can partly match with the Xerox Phaser 7100/DN, try considering this model. Considering its half price value, and its low-cost laser toner cartridges consumables, top it with a decent print speed and average output quality, Phaser 7100/N makes it a good choice.
