HP OfficeJet Pro X576dw MFP Printer X-Series

HP OfficeJet Pro X576dw MFP Printer X-Series
Hewlett-Packard has tried to find a way on developing a much better printing solution in terms of cost and ease of use, especially for most small-medium sized businesses that prefer color printers. Thus, HPQ came out with a key for the said issue, and that is by developing the X-series MFP (multifunction printer). A range of workhorse Officejet printers which include : Officejet Pro X576dw MFP, Officejet X476 MFP, Officejet Pro X451 and Pro X551 multifunction printers.

Larry Tracy, Product Manager of Hewlett-Packard said ;
This product is our first page-wide array product, so rather than have a head, this print head is a little over 8 1/2 inches wide and you can see the components (chicklets) stitched together. Each one has four rows of nozzles, 40,000 nozzles in this array. This is what we call a page-wide array. This print head is fixed and static in this device. What that allows us to do is move paper at a high amount of speed.”
Let's first have the OfficeJet Pro X576dw MFP printer, one of the cool model that comes from the X-series range. It's a desktop printer that features a roller system and duplex (double-sided) printing, both can be accessed from the back of the X576dw printer. With the printer's new built and design featuring a touchscreen LCD display console that prompts the user for an estimated ink level, and provides an easy to use printer interface. Plus for the printer's connectivity interface, it comes with a built-in Wi-Fi that allows printing from the cloud over a network.

When it comes to cost, the X576dw printer's improved ink head system prevents clotting which is really a troublesome to most printer users, wasting paper materials and inks. Also, its ink cartridges contain inks that can last longer even if the printer is not in use or some of your spare cartridges are just stock in storage room. The OfficeJet Pro X576dw MFP printer comes with four ink system, the typical colors CYMK, that features color matching once a single cartridge runs out of ink, instead of halting the printing process. Instead of hearing clumping noises from typical printers with cartridges moving back and forth, the X576dw just spray inks on the paper sheet and shoots it out smooth and easy.

The X576dw MFP printer has a quoted print speed of up to 70 ppm (pages per minute) in standard office printing, and take note that it consumes only half the cost compared to laser printers that use color laser toner cartridges. Its HP ink cartridges offer a page-yield of up to 9,600 pages for black, while a page-yield of up to 6,000 pages is set for color printing.

HP OfficeJet Pro X-Series: A New Range of Business Inkjet Printers

hp officejet pro x
Hewlett Packard Co. recently announced the released of their latest range of business inkjet printers. At the event held in Barcelona, entitled "HP Fall", four OfficeJet Pro X-series range of printers were introduced to the crowd. The new series includes two MFC-Multifunction Printer and two Single-Function Printer, which will be out in the market in Spring of 2013.

These four new business inkjet printers, the X-series, is geared with the company's cutting-edge PageWide Technology. The science that gave birth to a single unit that contains more than 42,000 nozzles by combining 10 print heads as one. With this technology, billions of ink drops per second are fired by the printer onto the surface of the paper, shooting at an amazing print speed of 70ppm (pages per minute). Consistent performance and speed, whether you're printing a full text file or a coloured image, you'll still find it excellent, and did I mentioned that the ink from your printout will only take less than a second to dry.

With HP's latest "General Office" mode, the noted 70ppm print speed is achieved for prints at 600dpi resolution setting. Whereas, switching to a higher resolution of 1,200dpi will put your print speed at the back of the line hitting 42ppm. The speed from a printing mechanism such similar to laser printers which are quite abstruse, will only be incomparable to the maximum print speed of HP's X-series range of printers.

A single factor is not enough for these X-series to surpass, it offers even more including a lower cost per page, absolutely less maintenance cost, and comes in a very reasonable price considering its speed. Talking about low cost, then you'll find it really efficient for featuring a lower power consumption and environmental footprint, plus a distinguishable noise reduction.

Aside from the aforementioned capabilities and enterprise-focus features, as an addition, the X-series also offer full duplex printing, nozzles with self-healing ability, wide LCD touchscreen color display, and its printer cartridges are redesigned with inks reformulated as water-resistant pigments. Their redesigned ink cartridges can deliver a page yield of up to 3,000pages for monochrome and 2,500pages for colour. High capacity cartridges are also available at 9,300 and 6,600 page yields, that's almost near to HP's laser toner cartridges capacity. For connectivity, it has two USB ports with one capable for reading storage devices, and an  Ethernet port.
