HP DeskJet 2510 All In One Color Inkjet Printer

HP DeskJet 2510 All In One Color Inkjet Printer
HP's Deskjet series comes with a new mid-range color AIO inkjet printer, the HP Deskjet 2510. It's quite identical with the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2510, the only difference is actually their color cause the later comes in black. This printer model provides simplicity in all means, which makes it an easy to use device as a home printing buddy.

The Deskjet 2510 supports a limited connectivity interface, such that a USB cable is your only resort to connect it to a PC, with no WiFi nor Ethernet. Whilst setup is easy, just plug it and it's good to print. It features an LCD screen small enough to display the number of prints and copies, complemented with six buttons - ON/OFF, Scan, Cancel, Monochrome, Color, and Enlarge/Reduce. The Enlarge/Reduce functionality can be used for enlarging copies up to 50%, or reduce it by 50%.

HP rated the Deskjet 2510 with a print speed up to 20 ppm (pages per minute) in draft black mode, while it can hit 16 ppm in draft color printing. It's considerably fast when compared to most printers within the same price range, plus it offers a print resolution of up to 600 dpi (monochrome). In addition, using the printer's resizing functionality, a user can enlarge a 4:6 sized photo in to A4 max size.

It's actually a great value machine if you're more into printing photos and images, or full-color files. Output quality was fairly good considering the machine's price, that's why it's kind of recommended for full page photograph printing, although you might think of the cost. The Deskjet 2510 uses Thermal Inkjet technology, thus HP inkjet cartridges replacement can be typically costly.

Paper handling was also a bit short, its input tray can handle 60 sheets of plain paper or 20 sheets of photo paper, while its output tray can only hold 25 paper sheet. Though it also supports printing in several types of media including envelopes, index cards, letter-sized glossy photo papers, etc.

The HP Deskjet 2510 AIO inkjet printer is considerably a good choice, it's literally low-priced, offering a good set of functionality and features, low print cost except for the ink cartridges replacement, and just don't mind the lack of WiFi networking cause if you don't need to print wirelessly, this one is really of great value. Since we can't go into much details as my knowledge about the printer was awfully limited as of now, I'll try to keep you posted for updates or any news regarding this Deskjet model.  .
