A globally known brand of printer manufacturing corporation, and an excellent provider of high end equipments like laser printers that uses laser toner cartridges and inkjet printers, copiers, personal computers, laptops, and all other machines as well as software technologies for home users, small-to-medium sized businesses up to large enterprises is the Hewlett-Packard Company.
For the past couple of years, the company has been known to receive and achieve various title and honors in the printing industry considering that there is a tight competency in this large printing industry. One of their best achievement was the title of the best inkjet printer brands in the printing market. Hewlett-Packard was one of the pioneering companies including Canon and Epson that developed inkjet printers that were able to reproduce digital images generated by personal computers and laptops.
The reason behind their success was because of their high quality printer cartridges. Hewlett-Packard inkjet type printer uses HP inkjet cartridges that contains a series of chambers having a heater which are constructed through photolithography (also termed "optical lithography" or "UV lithography"). Before a drop of ink hits the paper, there's a series of process that undergoes inside the cartridge. Electricity is passed through each of the chamber from the heater which causes vaporization of the ink inside and forms a bubble, the large pressure tha's building inside causes the ink to propel a drop onto the paper.
HP uses aqueous inks to their ink cartridges, it's a mixture of glycol, water and pigments or dyes. For that vibrant printouts, the mixture also contains sulfonated polyazo black dye. The HP inkjet cartridge has two main head design, the so called fixed head and disposable head. Though most of their inkjet
printer, favored the disposable head as a part of its
replaceable ink cartridges. The success that has been brought by this small product, is very visible on the companies sales for over the recent years.
The specific design of their printer cartridges having additional features and high level functionality are developed to achieve the requirements of their target consumers. This simply implies that the company is fully aware and considerate to what the market and their possible consumers would demand.
